Shipping policy

Every ZEFIR piece is made to order - printed and packed with care before it makes its way to you. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

 

How It Works

When you place an order, it goes into production first. This is called fulfillment. It's the time it takes to print, quality-check, and pack your item before it ships.

Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days. Most ship within 3.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Total delivery time = Fulfillment (2–5 days) + Shipping transit

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase - no surprises.


Express Shipping

Express shipping (1–3 business days transit) is available for select destinations and will appear as an option at checkout if available for your address. Note that express shipping speeds up transit time only. Fulfillment still takes 2–5 business days.


International Orders & Customs

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total - they are the responsibility of the customer.

If you're unsure about customs fees in your country, we recommend checking with your local postal or customs authority before ordering.

 

Wrong or Undeliverable Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking info within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at info@zefirartwear.com.

 

Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, please wait 1–2 extra days as minor delays do happen. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at info@zefirartwear.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll look into it.
