Where do you ship?
Everywhere bold people exist. We ship worldwide - Europe, US, UK, Australia, and beyond. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are available on our Shipping page.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your order is made just for you, so give it a moment. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes another 3–10 business days depending on where you are in the world. Total: roughly 1–2 weeks for most destinations.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Follow its journey - it's coming for you.
What sizes do you have?
S through 3XL. Every product page has a full size chart with exact measurements. Check it before ordering so your crown fits perfectly.
Do the t-shirts run true to size?
Our oversized fits are intentionally boxy and relaxed - that's the whole point. If you prefer a closer fit, size down. When in doubt, check the measurements on the product page or our size guide.
What are the t-shirts made of?
100% carded cotton with a garment-dyed, pre-shrunk finish. Soft from day one. Gets better with every wash. Built to last as long as your attitude.
How do I wash my t-shirt?
Turn it inside out, wash cold, hang to dry. Avoid high heat - it won't do the fabric (or the embroidery) any favors. Treat it well and it'll treat you back.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. But if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect - we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
I ordered the wrong size. What do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we may be able to change it. Once it's in production, we're unable to make changes. So double-check that size chart before you order.
Do you do custom orders or personalized text?
Not yet - but watch this space. For now, our designs say everything that needs to be said.
However, if you have any creative ideas, you can always share them with us directly at info@zefirartwear.com. And who knows, maybe in this collaboration a new ZEFIR masterpiece will be born.
Can I buy the couples set together?
Yes - and we love that for you. The husband and wife versions are listed as separate products, so just add both to your cart. A power couple deserves a power order.
