At ZEFIR, every piece is made with intention - crafted for those bold enough to wear it. Because our products are made to order, we kindly ask that you read this policy before purchasing.
All ZEFIR products are produced on demand. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Personal preference after receiving the item
We encourage you to review the size guide carefully before placing your order, and to reach out to us at info@zefirartwear.com if you have any questions before purchasing - we're happy to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will make it right.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@zefirartwear.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and the defect
Once reviewed, we will offer a reprint or a full refund, depending on the situation.
How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please contact us first at info@zefirartwear.com. Do not ship items without prior approval - unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and find a solution.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require a reshipping fee.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.
